Category Archives: Newborns This beautiful little girl is the first baby of my 2010 New Year’s Eve bride and groom! (You know, the wedding I shot 11 days after I had Tucker by c-section. Yeah, that one… the girl with the awesome purple shoes.) Notice all of the purple? PS – Ashley opened the door to let me…  If you’re a blog stalker, I’m sure you remember seeing Rashell’s family. She and I were pregnant at the same time and were actually due just one day apart! Chase was a bit more timely in his arrival and showed up a week before Tucker. Here’s Chase with his brothers Ethan and Kolby! Before I was someone’s mother, I wouldn’t have ever considered getting vaccines for myself. Vaccines are for kids and older people, right? Flu shot? Yeah right, I don’t need one of those! WRONG. Before I was someone’s mother, I was still a photographer. And I did newborn sessions. And chances are, if you’re a photographer…  It took a little while, but Jimmy and I finally got around to doing Tucker’s newborn photos! I’m going to try to make sure I take lots of photos of him, but you know how it is… the cobbler’s children have no shoes. I have a new respect for those photogs who choose to make…  Unless you’ve been under a rock, you know that I was pregnant the entire wedding season. I shot my last wedding at 39.5 weeks pregnant and then shot another wedding 11 days post c-section. Yes, I’m probably crazy, but that’s how important my clients are to me! Anyways, I thought I would post some photos… |
